Civil Draftsman
Memana Builders is seeking a talented Draftsman to create detailed architectural floor plans and 3D structural elevation blueprints.
Key Responsibilities:
– Produce 2D construction drawings in AutoCAD.
– Work closely with senior engineers on structural revisions.
– Draft woodworking layouts for teak door/window specifications.
Site Engineer
We are looking for an experienced Site Engineer to oversee custom residential villa construction in Pathanamthitta.
Key Responsibilities:
– Coordinate on-site builders, masons, and carpenters.
– Perform structural measurement checks.
– Enforce material specifications (wire-cut red brick and structural teak details).
